Hi, I’m Ann Marie - thanks for popping by.
I create joyful art, and help individuals connect to their hearts to live more fulfilled and purpose driven lives through Heart-Full Connection events, retreats & online programs.
Back in the late ‘90s I studied fine art, before stepping away with the misdirected belief there were more important ways to spend my time and it was time get serious and grow up. 🫤

After a couple decades, 1000’s of hours studying, training and practicing yoga and meditation and deep self-work to break free from unconscious conditioning and beliefs, I’m now wholeheartedly accepting and expressing myself as the individual I came here to be.
I weave my understanding and love for meditation, wellbeing, connection & creativity to help others reconnect to their own heart & purpose and to break free from self-limiting beliefs to live more authentic, radiant lives 💟
