✨ TIME: 9:30 - 11:00am
✨ WHERE: McCrae, Mornington Peninsula - at Nourish Your Soul Retreat Space
✨ WHAT TO BRING: An open heart and mind, a journal, pen, water bottle
✨ WHO CAN ATTEND: Anyone who feels called to sit in sacred circle, connect with like-spirited women, and awaken their divine feminine energy. We hold space for anyone identifying as a woman and is 18+ years in age.

💖 Opening of circle: Introduction of women in attendance, setting circle guidelines
💖 Guided meditation, grounding into our body and connecting to our heart centre
💖 Introduction of theme for the month
💖 Soul alignment activities centred around the theme
💖 New moon invocation
💖 Invitation for women who feel called to share in circle and be witnessed
💖 Oracle card intuitive guidance
💖 Tea and light nibbles
💖 Closing of circle, gratitude and appreciation for all women in attendance.

✨YOUR FACILITATOR ANN MARIE GRACE✨
Ann Marie Grace is an artist, wellbeing coach and an advocate for whole-hearted living.
Circles will be run in the yoga / meditation & women's circle space at Nourish Your Soul Retreat Space in McCrae, Mornington Peninsula.
I invite heart-lead women to come and share in circle with me.
Hosted mostly the 1st Friday of the month from September at 9:30am in McCrae; (October will be October 10th due to the school holidays)
