Most of us don't get a whole lot of that in our day to day interactions unless we're really intentional about it.
That's why I'm intentionally building a new community to create these Heart-Full Connections.
I’ll be hosting local connections & events around Melbourne's Southeast (mainly Black Rock or McCrae Mornington Peninsula) along with online Sacred Circles with a sprinkling of workshops & challenges in the future.
Many of the HeART-Full Connections events I run will be for women; but I’m interested in collaborating with a Heart-Full masculine who would be interested in running Heart-full connection events for men. If that’s you, let’s chat.
*(BTW, the word Love-full doesn’t really exist to my knowlege… but it’s the way my son described me when he was 4, and it resonates!)

The Winter Solstice represents rebirth - renewal - and the return of light.
What a symbolic time to celebrate the launch of HeART-Full Connection (at our new boutique retreat space, Nourish Your Soul Retreats - freshly ready to be used after a renovation that added our arts studio and yoga/meditation & circle space) ✨

This nourishing & heart connecting retreat lead by artist & wellbeing facilitator, Ann Marie Grace, will leave you feeling deeply rested and connected to your heart & Purpose.
