Over the past year, something my life has been quietly recalibrating.

This recalibration has not happened dramatically… or loudly… rather it’s been steadily building and clarifying. It started when I moved house in June - which created a cascade of effects that included a decision to halt both my podcast and the launch of a new business direction.

The recalibration continued when I decided to take a 5 month sabbatical - the unplanned pause and reflection time this gifted me allowed me to become more deliberate, intentional and courageous in choosing how I want my life to look.
