HeART-Full Creation Workshops
Everyone has an inner artist in them… even if they don’t know it (or haven’t nurtured it). In these workshops you’ll walk away with not only an original HeART-Full piece of art; but also a strengthened bond & connection to yourself & your heart.
I host creative workshops my studio space in Mordialloc, VIC (max 12 participants), or I can come to you* and run these workshops at your businessn or alternative venue of your choosing. I’ve also trained as a Sommelier and can weave mindful wine tasting into the experience if you would like.
All workshops are priced individually with a minimum 8 participants; or speak to me about creating a full bespoke retreat day inclusive of mindfulness and/or yoga, meditation or breath work with catering of healthy and delicious foods that Noursih the Soul. This creative, playful art session inspires participants to re-connect to their heart through meditation and creativity.
I provide all the materials and suggestions for inspiration… but there is no formula and certainly no rules to creating your HeART-Full masterpiece!
We’ll decide in advance if there is a theme, inspiration or colours that we will work with - and everyone walks home with a unique creation that speaks to their heart.
Merging expressive creativity, mindfulness and heart connection, this fun-filled workshop leaves participants feeling buoyant and uplifted.

Paint & Sip - HeART-Full Pairing: Wine, Wellbeing & Painting Masterclass
In this truly unique masterclass, Ann Marie will inspire you & guide you through both an educational wine tasting and a creative wellbeing session that will have you re-connecting to your heart and unleashing your inner artist.
Fun-filled & heart expanding, you’ll learn how to taste wine like a sommelier; interweaved with mindfulness techniques that will support your general wellbeing and your ability to connect to your heart and create your own HeART-Full masterpiece.
We’ll start with the fundamentals of how to taste wine like a pro; then explore, learn and understand more about the beautiful wines Australia produces, tasting through four different fine wines throughout the night.
Expertly weaved into the night, I’ll share mindfulness practices that help you slow down, get out of your head and feel into your heart so you feel supported and unconstrained to craft your own masterpiece.
This is no cookie-cutter or paint by step experience. You’ll be encouraged to paint from your heart - and your creation will be majestically yours - HeART-Full and unique - just like you.

Create Your Team Masterpiece Workshop (With or W/Out Wine)
Spend a fun-filled team-building afternoon letting your inner artist come out to play.
This workshop can be crafted with or without mindful wine tasting along side.
We start with a short heart-opening meditation, then we start on a group masterpiece.
You can choose to work on one large canvas together - or work on smaller canvases that will be combined to create your group’s masterpiece (which we can then photograph to create a collective master piece printed on canvas or fine art paper for your business to hang in your space, should you want).
Optional extras:
I can start the piece beforehand - black on white canvas - like the trees above - so your team can ‘colour in’ with the paints (extra $35pp)
Option for everyone to receive a printed A4 or A3 copy of the final group masterpiece piece (extra $35pp)
Option to include mindful wine tasting of 3 wines throughout the event (extra $35pp)
