What does your most wildly beautiful and fulfilling life look like?
My BHAG (Big, Hairy, Audactious Goal) is for my voice and art to open the hearts of millions.
Last year that felt absolutely crazy for me to admit to such a big vision. But I’ve been transforming my mindset, breaking through limiting beliefs and I’m holding steady in my future vision. I’m claiming it. And that’s the first step. How about you?
Between Sept’24 and April ‘25 I:
Created and launched a tool that supports quantum self & business mastery (Your Soul’s Unique Blueprint)
Created & soft launched Thriving Through Connection with my 5-day Align Your Life Challenge
Began weaving soul-aligned business strategy into the way I advise & teach entrepreneurs
Launched Breaking Free, Coming Back to Me my weekly podcast
Packaged my knowledge into a 65,000 word teaching memoir and began approaching literary agents and major publishing houses
Created several new affinity based business collaborations that will support this community
Hired an online business manager to support my new direction
Added all of my art to both my personal website and an online platform, commenced discussions with an artists representative and been in an exhibition and received an honorable commendation for my art.
Plus, I’ve heavily invested in my own up-levelling and in the past 12 months, I’ve have invested over $60,000 in:
Coaching, business and marketing accelerator 2 year program (mind you, this is on top of my MBM and having been a marketing consultant over 20+ years myself)
Podcasting training
Abundance & Mindset training
Owning my power / financial coaching
Wealth activation circle
Hoffman Process (patterns, limiting conditioning)
Sound Healing training
Plus commitment to my daily meditation practice (15 years & counting), yin yoga and strength training to stay connected, strong, resilient and trusting of the guidance I receive.

I have been an entrepreneur for 20+ years, and a marketing & business strategist & consultant for 25 years
I have the schooling: MBM - Masters of Business Marketing with a focus on Entrepreneurship; Undergrad in Fine Art, Psychology; Post Grad studies in Advertising; 1000+ hours in yoga, meditation, mindfulness and mindset; I’ve worked in big 5 management consultancies, to my own 1 person start ups
As an entrepreneur, I’ve created a Mexican Restaurant, my own Marketing Consultancy, global business offering SAAS in the Therapeutic Yoga Space, a Global event and conference and movement, a consumer subscription model (Fine Wine in a Box)… and now Thriving Through Connections- a quantum accelerator and community focused on self, wealth and business mastery. I know how and love strategizing and creating
I continuously invest in my own learning - including over $60,000 in my own learning and business coaching & acceleration in the past 12 months
I have built 45+ websites, apps, consumer products and professional service businesses - and am intimately aware of what is require to succeed in the online business space
